Background
A
feeling ‘to do something different’ apart from others arises only when
some dynamic people sit together and think differently… to take the
entire world at those horizons where no one can ever think of.
Today’s environment is such where we find stiff competition at all
levels and only those who can handle it, survives. Keeping this in
mind IBAians conceptualized an event named “SPARDHA”
Spardha was conceptualized in the year 2006 by the pioneer batch of
Indian Business Academy, Greater Noida. The idea was to ignite the
spirit of competition among the students, and also provide them
break from their hectic class schedule to unwind, express
themselves, participate, compete and win awards, not to mention the
learning which they got by organizing and participating in the
event.
This year Spardha is coming up with yet another innovative
concept of “Olympics of B-Schools” where students from different
B-school will get to flaunt their capabilities passionately.

Olympics of B-Schools is a concept based on the Competition of youngsters studying at various B-Schools across the country. It is a platform where the students get to explore their dimension of talent within them – Literary, Cultural, Sports; and get a chance to display their flair in different events and activities.
